Needs help now
To the Journal editor:
I’m 75 years old with a heart condition and I have COPD bad. I am on oxygen.
Last June, the state took out my culvert so I made a bridge to go across, scary as hell but since the thaw, I can’t get out so we threw a ramp across to M-28 so I could get out.
They said my driveway, 31 years old, was the cause of the road to give way. Everybody knows it wasn’t. I wish I had someone’s cell number to send a picture.
