Topsoil wanted back
To the Journal editor:
Whoever stole my 91-year-old mother’s top soil from her property on Mather Street, shame on you.
I placed two bags there last week, intending to use it soon, but you know how it goes, weather, time, etc. Those bags are heavy to transport. Please return them!
