To the Journal editor:

On behalf of The New Free Store organization, we would like to express our thanks to Bobbi Bray, owner of Mucked UP LLC, and April DeMarinis, from MGD Custom Builders, who sponsored a charity ATV ride, known as “Girl”s Only Ride. Period.” Eighty-one women on 42 ATVs participated in a fundraiser ride which started at the Forsyth Snowmobile and ATV Club in Gwinn and ran to Arnold.

The combined cash donations and feminine products collected were donated to various shelters, schools, and rehabilitation centers around Marquette County. The New Free Store was also among the recipients who filled over 10 large totes with these feminine hygiene products.

Our families in need will be well supplied for months thanks to this generous group of women.
