What is the focus in Trump’s America?

To the Journal editor:

In Trump’s America, he calls it law and order, whereby law — the police, the national guard and active duty military — are urged to go out and attack peaceful protesters, mindless of the rights of these protesters, of those peacefully protesting.

In affect criminalizing protests against the actions and inactions of racism, inequality, police brutality, police murders and other illegal acts that go without justice for the victims.

The establishment, by allowing these over, excessive and unnecessary police response to protesters, that often escalate into violence by the police, without provocation, is condoning police escalating violence upon the largely peaceful citizenry.

The mainstream media seems to focus on what reaction there is against the police, turning it into mob violence and rioting on television with their biased reporting.

At the same time, many of the media, covering the story at ground level, amongst the protesters, are themselves becoming victims of police violence.

The media of the independent news and others bear the brunt of this, with the mainstream media staying much above it with a different slant on the issues.

The violence that the media focus on ignores the use and reality of agents provocateur or agents of the establishment planted among peaceful protesters, for the purpose of violence that the peaceful protesters are often tagged with by the mainstream media, without facts to prove much violence is actually of and by the peaceful protesters.

The mainstream media glosses over police violence against protesters because they, the police, are there to serve and protect?

Yet they, the police, often violate and ignore the rights laid down in the First Amendment of the Constitution that states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridge the freedom of speech, or the press; or the rights of the people to peacefully assemble, or to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

This is anathema to Trump’s America. “I Really Like All That Stuff in The Constitution About Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness … Forget About It.;” (9-2-2002, Beetle Bailey, Mort Walker.Com, Sgt. Snorkel and Beetle in conversation).

In Trump’s America all that seems to count is keeping and protecting the establishment and his definition of law and order.
