Old hospital usable?
To the Journal editor:
While I read with great interest the article in (last) Thursday’s newspaper about the efforts to find alternative locations for handling the potential large increase in local coronavirus victims, I found it just as interesting that that there was no mention of the former hospital located between College Avenue and Magnetic Street in the city of Marquette.
This large complex that was not that long ago our prime location in the region for medical treatment apparently hasn’t even caught the eye of those working diligently to protect community health.
I believe this option needs serious consideration.
