Coats for kids appreciates support
To the Journal editor:
The Marquette Area Public Schools is eternally grateful for the Kaufman Foundation’s sponsorship of the “Coats For Kids” program for those in need.
MAPS students are benefiting from more than $4,000 in coats, boots, snow pants, hats, gloves and mittens to protect against our harsh winter elements.
This gift has arrived just in time to be distributed before the severe weather arrives.
