Rude conduct observed
To the Journal editor:
Recently while driving northbound on North Third Street, I came upon a bicyclist riding south in the middle northbound lane. Because of traffic, parked cars and abundant snowbanks, I had no choice but to come to a near complete stop. I tooted the horn once to make sure that the bicyclist was aware of my vehicle. As he rode by, he revealed his single digit IQ with a rude hand gesture.
All of this took place within sight of a bikes and cars share the road sign. Enough said!
