So many contributed

To the Journal editor:

The Negaunee St. Vincent de Paul food bank would like to thank the many organizations and individuals for their generous donations used in the preparation and distribution of Christmas baskets for families in the Negaunee area.

We could not have done this without your assistance. Lions Club of Negaunee; Larry and Lori Marta; Palmer Diet Club; Marquette Range Steelworkers Retiree Club; Marquette City Steelworkers Coalition;

Dave and Leanne Guenther; Genevieve Flannery (Memorial for Tom Baldini); Negaunee Lady Elks; Women of Steel; Steelworkers #4950; Negaunee High School Rock the Socks; Negaunee Elks Lodge #1116; John Jilbert; Oliver and Doris Greggs; Peter and Pam Gadzinski; Bethany Lutheran Church; and Pete Heikkila representing The Highland Clan.

We would also like to thank all the other organizations and individuals who generously donated food, gifts, time and talent to making another meaningful Christmas to 61 Negaunee and Palmer families.

Sincerely,

Kathy Bleau, secretary

and Negaunee St. Vincent de Paul members
