To the Journal editor:

Bob and Sandy Bannan wish to thank all the folks who pitched in, donated and contributed in any way to our recovery from our fire of April 2017.

We are still trying to find the groove in our new home and environment and get totally settled. Therefore we are not as timely with this letter as we had hoped to be. We are resuming our annual Friends, Family and Neighbors gatherings at 1 p.m. Sunday.

We wish to invite all of you who helped us to join us in our first gathering since the fire. Food and refreshments are provided and we invite you to bring along anyone you would like to share the afternoon with.

Once again, your kindness and generosity were overwhelming. Thank you.
