Congratulations to head coach Brandon Sager and assistant coach Rick Williams and the Negaunee High School Miners varsity girls basketball team on a great season.

Great job to seven seniors: Clara Johnson, Megan Syrjala, Jenna Sager, Ielee Shiroda, Allyson Jacobson, Natalie Bartle and Lynsee Dempsey.

Let’s go Miners!

The Miners are the best team. They won the 2018 Mid-Peninsula Conference title and finished the regular season 20-0. The Miners are the Class C team of the year.

Head coach Sager and assistant coach Williams are great guys for the team. The team finished the season with 20 wins and one loss. I am very proud of the coaches and the girls varsity basketball team. Great job!
