LeVasseur in need of assistance
To the Journal editor:
I was watching the “Discovering” program on TV6 Monday night and they had a feature on the program about Buck LeVasseur, who, we all know, was the creator of the show years ago.
Unfortunately, Buck had to quit doing the program due to health issues. During the program Monday night, it was reported that his medical problems have financially become more than he can handle and he could use some help.
I was wondering if the many sportsmen clubs or other organizations in the area could have fundraising events to help out with his expenses.
I’m sure he would appreciate it.
