To the Journal editor:

Democrats are deceiving you big time. Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton and others are advocating a socialist agenda. They continually to demonize corporations as greedy.

But who owns the corporations? If you have a 401k or IRA than corporations are owned by you. When you purchase or your mutual fund buys shares of stock, you own the corporations. When Sanders or Clinton want to tax the corporation they are taxing your retirement.

When you sell a stock you are making a gain on the money you invested. When you receive dividends you are receiving income from that investment. In both cases, gain or income you are being taxed. But guess what, before they taxed your profit they already taxed the corporation in which you invested.

So, the same dollars have been taxed twice. So, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are and will be taking your money. Don’t be deceived by these people.

Your retirement is at stake.
