Project needed
To the Journal editor:
So, the developers of this grand plan have succeeded in attracting funding from many sources, including $10,000 from the Marquette Downtown Development Authority.
Would it be too much to ask that some of this money be spent immediately on the Washington Street frontage of the building to make it look less like a derelict eyesore?
I agree that the Delft project has great potential for the downtown, but it would be a little easier to accept that potential if the building looked a little less unloved!
