STURGEON BAY, MI – Patricia J. Ullom, 95, formerly of Fish Creek, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at Sturgeon Bay Health Services in Sturgeon Bay.
She was born October 8, 1931 in Chisholm, MN, the daughter of the late Peter and Helen (Wiggen) Thornton. She married Thomas S. Ullom on August 29, 1954, in Champaign, Illinois. They spent most of their married life living overseas in Libya, Guinea-Bissau, West Africa, Barcelona, Paris, England, and Saudi Arabia. They moved to Fish Creek in 1984, where they settled and built their home.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Pamela Burton; granddaughters, Melanie and Michelle; great-grandsons, Liam and Carson; and brothers, Thomas Thornton and Jerry Schmilfenning.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas; and father and mother-in-law, Robert and Lois Ullom.
In honor of Patricia’s wishes, no formal services will be held.
