Nancy Zacher
GWINN, MI -Nancy Storti Zacher, 86, of Seffner, FL, where she moved to in 1974, passed away early Thursday morning, Feb. 26, 2026, at home with her children by her side.
Nancy was born on Aug. 3, 1939, in Negaunee, MI. She was the eldest daughter of the late Peter and Rose (Armatti) Storti.
She graduated from Gwinn High School in 1957 and graduated from St. Joseph School of Nursing in Hancock, MI. She worked as a Registered Nurse and retired in 2003. After retiring, she traveled, went swimming and walking with her friends and Tai Chi. She was an avid reader. Nancy will be deeply missed by her family and close friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Bonnie Storti, brothers Ronnie and Michael Storti.
She is survived by her four children, William Zacher, Catherine (John) Miller, David (Karen) Zacher, Harry (Louise) Zacher, Jr.; brothers Peter (Susie) Storti, James (Nancy) Storti; grandchildren Ryan (Lacey) Zacher, David (Kristen) Zacher, Nicole (Austin) Cochrane, Jaclyn (Jacob) Stockwell, RB (Jessica) Zacher, Adam (Ashley) Zacher, Erik Zacher and Allison Zacher; and 17 great grandchildren.
