Catherine A. Hakala

Catherine was born in Flint, Michigan to Emil and Barbara Larson and graduated from Gwinn High School in 1978. Her parents preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband Jon, sons Christopher and Emil Castignanie, grandchildren Graham, Emma, Adrian and Eli Castignanie. Sisters Jan(Brad) Stried, Cindy(Tim) Beauchamp, Sally VerPooten and brothers Jim(Gina) and Greg Larson and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Catherine worked at Norlite Nursing Center and Sundara House in food service before moving to Wisconsin in 1991 and was married to Jon Hakala in West DePere in 2004.
