Clarice C. Martin

Born July 13, 1928, in Munising to Adolph Sr. and Lucille (LaCasse) Chartrand.

In 1947 she met and married her husband, Earl Martin Sr. They moved to Marquette and started their family. They have five surviving children, Charmaine Martin, Cam (Pat) Martin, Earl Jr. (Rita) Martin, Nita ‘Bunny’ Martin and Jon (Sue) Martin. She has 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; siblings, Joseph Chartrand, Dorothy (Gerald) Robinson and Adolph Jr. (Florence) Chartrand; infant daughter, Judy Ann Martin; and a granddaughter, Haylee Martin.

Per Clarice’s request, there will be no funeral services. Burial will take place at the Northland Chapel Gardens in the spring alongside her husband.

The family would like to thank the Norlite Nursing Center and UP Home Health & Hospice for their kindness and care of her.
