Christopher Isaacson

Bubba was born September 12, 1995 in Ishpeming to Steven ‘Ike’ Isaacson and Sharon Juchemich, and graduated with the Class of 2013 from Negaunee High School. He attended Michigan Tech University for a short time before beginning employment. Bubba most recently worked for Exalta, formerly RTI Surgical, as an applications engineer.

Bubba was an outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and being outside with his beloved dogs, Jax and Sunny. He also enjoyed gaming and loved being with his family and friends.

Surviving are his loving girlfriend, Kelli Ervast, and her son who was Bubba’s best friend, Kolby; his parents, Steven ‘Ike’ of Negaunee and Sharon (Chris) Tracy of Gwinn; his beloved grandmother, Millie Isaacson; sisters: Tara (Nathan) Card of Louisiana and their children, Duke, Adelynn and Henry, and Jessica (Josh ‘Sal’ Saari) Juchemich; brothers: Josh (Lilly) Vidlund of Wisconsin, Trevor Howard of Negaunee and Roger Tracy of Gwinn; aunts: Bonnie (William) Beale and their children: Angela (Aaron) Connell, Sami (Michael) Chisum and Cory (Brittany) Beale; and Tanya (Matt Wiljanen) Juchemich and her children: Michael Luoma, Megan and Hank Menard, and Madison Wiljanen. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ronald ‘Pops’ Isaacson.

A Celebration of Life and luncheon will be held from 2-4 pm on Wednesday, December 10th in the Immanuel Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall in Negaunee. Interment will take place in the Negaunee Cemetery.
