Stephen N. Rinne
ONOTA TWP, MI-Stephen N. Rinne, Onota Township, Michigan, age 73, passed away at his home on Tuesday evening November 18, 2025 in the loving care of his family and Caregivers at North Woods Home Care and Hospice.
Stephen was born in Ishpeming, Michigan January 15, 1952 to Janet (Paju) Rinne and Neil Rinne.
Stephen served his country in the United States Navy from 1972-1977.
His working career was at Alexsander Restaurant and Marq-Tran for many years, retiring in 2014.
He enjoyed his computer and his cats Jesse and Muzzle, sitting outdoors watching wildlife and birds.
Stephen is survived by his wife Gloria Rinne, and sisters Cheryl (Mark) Melka and Karen Rinne, 4 step children; George and Paole Bjornell and family, Edward, Duane and Terri Bjornell and family, Adele and Steven Morrison and family, Autumn and Dave Tendziegloski and family.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents Janet and Neil Rinne, brother Lenard Rinne, mother-in-law Adele Palmiter and father-in-law George Palmiter.
Honoring Stephenás wishes, no services will be held.
