Ruthann Boutell

She was born to Fred and Ruth (Faneuff) Rettenberger on September 1, 1948, in Oregon, OH. Ruthann was known for her love of her family and their annual trips to Disney as a family. She took pride in being a part of initiating and coordinating the sport of soccer in the Upper Peninsula with her husband, and tutoring students in the public schools. In her later years, Ruthann enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, and spending the rest of her time gardening, growing vegetables and caring for her flowers and gnome village. Ruthann married the love of her life, James W. Boutell, Jr. on September 6, 1969, in Oregon, OH. They celebrated 56 years of marriage shortly before her passing.

She is survived in death by her husband, James Boutell; children: Matthew (Acissia) Boutell, Melissa Boutell, Kevin (Lindsey) Boutell, Jennifer (Matthew) Perry; grandchildren: Kate Boutell, Travis Boutell, Maya Perry, Camden Boutell, Crosby Boutell, Savannah Perry, Kimberly Perry; brother: Fred J. Rettenberger; and sister: Barbara Phelan. She is preceded in death by her parents: Fred and Ruth Rettenberger.
