Patricia McCombie-Robb

Patricia McCombie-Robb was born on August 20, 1947 in Marquette, MI to the late Byron D. and Mildred L. (Breer) McCombie. She was a Northern Michigan University Alumni with a bachelor in English.

Patricia worked as a paralegal for multiple years. She then served as office manager in the Ishpeming Presbyterian Church for over a decade.

Pat visited Paris, France in which she sent many letters and post cards back from. In 2001, after reading an opportunity in the paper, Patricia traveled across the world to Kazakhstan to adopt two children. Her dedication to being a good mother will always be cherished.

Patricia was the epitome of a cat lady. Not only did she own multiple cats at a time, every inch of her home was influenced by cats.

In her final years she enjoyed crafts, music and spending time with her children, Ian and Onyx.

She always had a song for everything and would sing to anything, so now memories of Patricia will forever be a melody in our hearts and minds.

Patricia is survived by her son, Ian McCombie of Marquette and daughter, Onyx McCombie of Ishpeming.

She was preceded in death by her parents and John McCombie.

Friends may call at the First Presbyterian Church, Marquette, on Friday, August 15, beginning at 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am.
