Carol (Burdick) Pazolt
ESCANABA/MARQUETTE, MI- Carol Jean (Burdick) Pazolt, born December 20, 1941 passed away peacefully on July 20, 2025 at Christian Park Nursing Facility in Escanaba, MI, after suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. Carol was surrounded by loved ones during her passing.
Carol was the life of the party, whether playing bingo, going to the casino, and playing card games such as 31 with her brothers/sisters, or dancing country and swing. She was full of mischief, keeping the nursing home staff on their toes but always ready to offer candy from the big sack she always carried. She loved kids especially her three grandchildren (Kristopher, Aaron, Justin) and her great grandchild (Lilly).
She was preceded in death by her parents (Louis and Clarissa), her nine brothers and sisters (Louis Jr., Barbara, Sharon, James (Satch), Milt, Donnie, Bobby, Sandy, and Marilee), and her son Michael.
She is survived by her sons, Steve (Melodie), John (Bobbie), Grandsons Kristopher, Aaron, Justin (Amy), Daryn, Vinnie, and Great-granddaughter Lilly, two sisters Gayle and Betty and two brothers Tommy and Roger, and numerous nieces and nephews. Carol will be interred in Marquette at a later time.
