Robert Nankervis

The son of Donald and Aili Nankervis was raised in Ishpeming, MI. Bob received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Tech University. Afterwards, he then worked for Cleveland Cliffs Iron Company as a system analyst throughout his career. Bob was an intellectual and a member of Mensa high IQ society. Throughout his life he loved reading, exploring exotic places and enjoying the finer things, which included his art and wine collection.

Bob is survived by his sister, Christine Donnelly (Tom), and her family, including his nephew, Troy Donnelly and niece, Tami Baker and their children, aunt Doreen Johnson of Negaunee and several cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and great nephew Dyllon Baker.

The family would like to thank the staff of Reena Senior Living and Agrace Hospice for their loving care given to Bob.

There will be no funeral service, but please keep Bob in your thoughts and prayers.
