Nancy J. Feliciano

She was born January 18, 1947 in Marquette, a daughter of the late Myles and Lois (Woodin) McCombie. She was raised in LaPuente, California but spent summers in Marquette and was a 1964 graduate of LaPuente High School. She went on to attend and graduate from a beauty school in California.

She married James E. Feliciano in 1965 in Downey, California.

The couple moved to Marquette where she was employed as a cashier at Jack’s IGA and later was a driver for Car Quest for 10 years. She was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed quilting, crafting, making procelain dolls and volunteering at the Women’s Center.

Nancy is survived by her husband, James Feliciano of Marquette; children, James (Suzy) Feliciano of Weatherford, TX, George Paul Feliciano of Marquette and Jodi (John) Feliciano-Nekhay of Marquette; several grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; and numerous brothers & sisters-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, George McCombie; grandchildren, George Paul Feliciano and Kayla Feliciano; nephew, George McCombie; cousin, Christine Seigneur; and best friend, Marlene Grange.

A memorial service will tentatively be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 and will be announced.

Nancy’s family would like to thank the staff of Trillium House and Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice for the wonderful care they provided.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Trillium House.
