Glen A. Jandron
LUTHER, MI- Glen Alan Jandron of Luther, formerly of Ishpeming, passed away June 26, 2024 at Currie Comfort Home in Reed City. He was 64. Glen was born June 11, 1960 in Ishpeming to Donald Joseph and Florence Patricia (Quayle) Jandron.
Glen graduated from Ishpeming High School in 1979. He had a love and talent for cooking that led to a successful career as a chef. Glen was at Northwoods Supper Club in Marquette for 20 years and Jasper Ridge Brewery in Ishpeming for 16 years before retiring and moving to the Luther area.
In addition to his career as a chef Glen loved to grill and cook for family. He was an avid hunter and loved to fish as well. Glen was a devoted Green Bay Packers fan. He loved Sci- Fi, true crimes, movies and reading. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, ability to make people laugh, silly jokes and cartoon impressions.
On April 7, 1990 he married Toni Lynn Johnson in Cadillac and she survives him along with children: Corey (Stephanie) Jandron of St. Clair, Michigan, Shawnna (Ken) Heyder of Luther, Joseph (Montanna) Jandron of Lakeville, Minnesota; grandsons, Logan and Hudson; sisters, Lynn Jandron (Joseph) of Ishpeming and Patti Davis of Traverse City.
Glen was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Jeffrey and Donald.
