John David Aschom
WAUKESHA, WI – John David Aschom was born in Marquette Michigan on June 14, 1941. He was the youngest son of Leonard Clyde Aschom and Lola Mildred Aschom, and the brother of George Robert Aschom: all of whom preceded him in death.
John graduated from John D. Pierce High School (1959) and Northern Michigan University (1964), both schools are located in Marquette, Michigan. John taught at Lowell Junior High in Flint, Michigan, for one semester before moving to Wisconsin. John was a teacher in the West Allis- West Millwaukee School District where he taught Social Studies at Lane Junior High (1 year), Frank Lloyd Wright Junior High School (17 years), and West Allis Central High School (14 years). John was an active member of the West Allis-West Milwaukee Education Association. John retired from teaching in 1996. Beginning in 1980 he was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous. John loved travel and photography.He had many friends and will be missed by them all.
