Verna Holmgren
ISHPEMING, MI- Verna Holmgren, age 102, longtime Ishpeming resident passed away on Saturday April 13, 2024, at the Marquette Co. Medical Care Facility in Ishpeming where she had resided for the past 2 months.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 12:00-1:00pm on Tuesday April 23, 2024, at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Ishpeming. Funeral services will follow at 1:00pm on Tuesday with the Rev. Scott Sherrill to officiate. Interment will take place at the Ishpeming Cemetery. A light desert and coffee social will follow the services in the church hall.
