Donnamae (Jewell) Jackimowicz

Donna is survived by her 3 children, Gerri Wolf (Clay) of Omaha, NE, Keith Jackimowicz of Little Lake, MI, and Julie Jackimowicz (Nick Dewey) of Grand Rapids, MI; 4 grandchildren, Chelsea Wolf, Noah Wolf, Courtney Jackimowicz, Jimmy Jackimowicz; 1 great-grandchild, Elijah Wolf, who was the apple of her eye; and brothers, Rollins Jewell (Mancelona) and Lonnie Jewell (Indian River).

She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Jackimowicz, whom she missed very much.

Donna had a great sense of humor. She loved crafting, especially crocheting blankets. Donna was a great fisherwoman and would often out catch everyone. She loved music, singing, dancing, and baking her famous apple pies and chocolate chip cookies. She will be so missed by everyone who knew her, but the family takes comfort in knowing she is now with the love of her life.

A private memorial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
