Oralia Fortin

??????????

ISHPEMING, MI – On January 17th our little dancer, Oralia, passed away together with her best friend, in each other’s arms.

As we bid farewell to our 2000 Millennium baby, we do it with our hearts filled with gratitude for the many times we got to watch her dance.

Oralia is survived by too many people who loved her to mention (you know who you are).

I think Christapher said it all for all of us when he wrote:

ORALIA

Oralia, a soul too pure for the strife,

Embodiment of love, a beacon in life.

From the depths of despair,

Her spirit took flight,

A journey through darkness, reaching for light.

Abandoned, alone, a child of the stars,

Her laughter, a balm to heal painful scars.

Addiction’s cruel chains, a weight hard to bear,

Yet through it all, love was her prayer.

A life cut too short, a story untold,

Her heart, a treasure more precious than gold.

In memory, she dances, free from her past,

Oralia, in love’s embrace held fast.

May her spirit soar high,

Where no shadows cast,

In loving memory,

Her legacy will last.
