Donald Marshall Thomas

He was born on June, 27, 1932 in Pennsylvania and grew up there.

Donald served in the U.S. Army from 1953 until 1955. He moved to Ohio and worked thirty-eight years for the Ford Motor Company. He met, Maxine (Ely) Penix, and they were married on March 22, 1986. After retirement, they moved back to Maxine’s hometown. They were members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Donald was an artist and enjoyed drawing, working on cars, and flower gardening.

He is survived by his wife – Maxine Thomas; children – Pam (Jerry) Davis, Jim Penix, Tim (Patty) Penix, Sue (Vinton) Sisson, Lori (Manny) Castillo, and Gale Della Santina (Charley); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings.
