Randall Racine

Randall was born January 26, 1952 to Randall Racine and Helen Roberts, and attended school in Ishpeming and then Negaunee Public Schools. He worked as a self-employed auto mechanic for many years.

Randy enjoyed raising his poodles up on his hill for many years, riding his Harley and shopping at second hand stores with his girlfriend, ‘Kitty.’ He also loved music and collecting CDs, and could put together a stereo system like nobody else. Randy loved having BBQ’s at Kitty’s home with her family, and together they liked playing cards while listening to music.

Surviving are his girlfriend of 33 years, Katherine ‘Kitty’ Ewald of Negaunee and his brother, Robert (Darlene) Racine.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, William Racine.

“Rest in peace my love, until we meet again. I will miss you each day and my heart will always be with you. I Love You, Kitty.”

Randy’s family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Gregory Jones, and the wonderful staff at Lake Superior Hospice, especially Addie and Veronica for the many of hours of help and care and also to Kitty’s granddaughter, Shanon Salmi, for all her help. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

Honoring Randall’s wishes, a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
