Greg Phillip Nyberg

Greg was born February 7, 1955, to Kenneth and Goldie (Frederickson) Nyberg in Marquette, Michigan, where he was a lifelong resident. Greg attended and graduated from Marquette Senior High School in 1973 and married Anne Liivoja in 1984 in Las Vegas.

Greg was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and mechanic all of his life, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gunsmithing. He grew up racing dirt bikes and continued to do so until he was in his 50’s. Early on, he worked for Zambon’s. He later owned Eagle Mills Harley Davidson in Marquette from 1980-2000. After selling the Harley franchise, he opened Eagle Mills Northwest Inc., he was a supplier of parts and serviced motorcycles. Though he was semi-retired, he still tinkered in his shop on bikes, his tractor and numerous other projects.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Goldie; and wife, Anne Nyberg. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Jeri Nyberg of Marquette, MI.

Honoring Greg’s wishes, no funeral service will be held.
