Dorothy ‘Aiti’ Haldeman

Dorothy was born in Trenary, Michigan, and moved to Colorado after High School. She was the biological mother of four children. However, many people considered Dorothy their surrogate mother and grandmother, hence the nickname “Aiti”, which means mother in Finnish.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters; Valerie Jackson, Laurie Huett, and Donna Braley, and her son; Kurt Haldeman, and a multitude of grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband; Robert.
