Karen M (Nardi) Strong

Karen was born on October 10th, 1948, to the late Frank and Lorraine ( Balbierz ) Nardi. She was a 1966 graduate of Ishpeming High School. Karen married the love of her life, Ralph Strong, in July of 2000.

Karen loved the U.P. and enjoyed visiting with her family and friends. She also enjoyed attending the Ishpeming Italian Fest while visiting the U.P.

Karen is survived by her husband; Ralph, her sisters; Judy (Butch) Wilkins, Janet (Jon) LaJoie, and brother; Tony (Peg) Nardi, sister-in-laws; Janice and Judy of Utica, MS, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
