OSHKOSH, WI – Ericka M. Dawydko, 49, of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, formerly of Marquette, MI passed away peacefully, Friday evening, March 5th, at Aurora Hospital in Oshkosh, with her loving family by her side.

She was born August 3, 1971, in Marquette, a daughter of John M. and Denise M. (Croisetiere) Dawydko. She was a 1989 graduate of Marquette Senior High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University on April 13, 1996.

Ericka worked at the Super 8 Motel, the Ramada Inn, Superior Cement and Rock Financial before embarking on her career in Health & Fitness.

She worked at Bally Total Fitness, WITS College and the Jewish Healthcare Center before working for the YMCA in Livonia MI then Oshkosh WI as their Wellness Director and Fitness Trainer.

Silver Sneakers, Live Strong, Strong Teens, Fall Prevention for seniors, Teaching Kitchen, Pilates, Personal Training and Community Outreach, were some of the many programs Ericka was involved in.

Besides living a fit lifestyle, Ericka also enjoyed time with family and friends, watching Shark Week, shopping on QVC and spending time with her faithful dog, Rocky.

She is survived by her parents, John & Denise Dawydko of Marquette; sisters, Noel Dawydko of Appleton and Charlene (Mike) Murray of Kimberly; nieces, Kayla & Marissa; aunts & uncles, Gary (Cynthia) Croisetiere, Larry Croisetiere; cousins, Tina & Brian, Pam & Mandy, Carrie Ann, Steven and Christina; great-aunt, Virginia Ostrenga and beloved dog, Rocky.

She was preceded in death by her infant brother, Michael Theodore Dawydko; Grandma & Grandpa Dawydko, Grandma & Grandpa Croisetiere and Uncle Bob Croisetiere.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 13, 2021, at 11 am, at St. Louis the King Catholic Church with Rev. Glenn Theoret officiating and will be livestreamed on the church’s website sltkchurch.org. Visitation will be held from 9 am until the time of the Mass in the church. Facemasks & social distancing is required. Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery.
