Judith Ann Beltrame

MARQUETTE, MI – Judith Ann Beltrame, 85, of Marquette, passed away Thursday evening, June 25, 2020, at her home, surrounded by family and under the care of Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice.

Judy was born on January 22, 1935, in Marquette, a daughter of the late George and Cecile (Trottier) Bureau and was a lifelong Upper Peninsula resident. She graduated from Bishop Baraga High School in 1953 and on December 26, 1955, she married Lawrence Beltrame at St. John’s Catholic Church.

In her leisure time Judy enjoyed knitting and crocheting, but mostly spending time with her children and traveling in their motor home. Judy lived a great life.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Lawrence; five children, Steve (Brenda) Beltrame of Sands Township, Janet Beltrame-Soria of Stevens Point, WI, Christine (Richard) Bilski of Norway, MI, Jere (Barbara) Beltrame of Adrian, MI, and Julie (Joe) Huskey of Marquette; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; also surviving are nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death besides her parents was a son, George T. Beltrame; two grandchildren; also three brothers, Jim Bureau, Bruce Bureau and Lee Bureau.

A private family memorial service will take place this summer.
