Donna Fay Eliassen
NEGAUNEE, MI – Donna Fay (Jandreau) Eliassen, age 67, of 301 Kanter St Negaunee, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Marquette County Medical Care Facility in Ishpeming where she been a resident since being in an automobile accident on December 18, 2019
Donna was born in Ishpeming, Michigan on March 3, 1953, a daughter of the late Dollie Veronica (Steede) and John Jandreau.
Donna worked as a custodian at Marquette Crime Lab for 16 years
Donna was a member of St Paul Catholic Church of Negaunee. She was a former member of the Negaunee Eagles enjoyed making blankets, arts & crafts and an avid bowler.
Donna is survived by her husband “Bud” A. Eliassen, 3 children: Veronica Starrine, Mark Starrine, and Tim (Stephanie Perry) Starrine, all of Ishpeming, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 sisters: Connie (Ed) Ingison of Swartz Creek, MI and Denine Havranek of Pennsylvania, 2 brothers: Myron (Mary) Jandreau and Gus (Val) Jandreau of Ishpeming and several nieces and nephews.
Donna was preceded in death by her Parents, a son Mike Starrine Jr, and brothers: Larry and Dennis Jandreau.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, a Mass of Christian Burial will take at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Negaunee at a later date.
