Ronald P. Haring
MARQUETTE, MI – Ronald Paul Haring, 68, of Marquette, passed away peacefully Friday morning, November 8, 2019, at The Lighthouse at Ishpeming while under the care of Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice. He fought the hard fight against cancer for six years.
Ron had a love for cars, which lead him to a lengthy career in auto body repair and painting in Marquette and Bradenton, FL. Eventually he moved on to a business in painting and wallpapering with much success. After 20 years in Florida he returned to the Marquette area and continued his work.
Ron is survived by his wife, Laura; his beloved dog, Brody; business partner, Julie; step-son, Scot; one niece, three nephews, and several grand nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Verial Haring; and his brother, Dennis Haring.
Ron’s greatest joy was taking Brody for car rides.
Per Ron’s wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ron’s name to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123
