Glen A. Gauthier

Glen was born in Rhinelander, WI on March 30, 1941, son of the late Joseph B. Gauthier and Irene I. Schallock. He attended Ishpeming Public Schools before going to work for Cliffs as an operator at both the Republic and Empire Mines.

Glen was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church in Marquette, and the Rod and Gun Club in Negaunee. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and loved Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Glen enjoyed going deer hunting in his younger years.

Glen is survived by his sister – Eunice Gregorich, sister-in-law – Lucia Gauthier, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother – Eugene Gauthier, and brother-in-law – George Gregorich.

Following Glen’s wishes, no public services will be held, and interment will take place in Rhinelander in the Spring.
