Gwinn, Newberry compete in High School Bowl

Gwinn played Newberry in High School Bowl and won by a score of 370-30. Thirty-six schools from the Upper Peninsula and Northern Wisconsin compete in WNMU-TV’s High School Bowl tournament, now celebrating 46 years on the air. Gwinn will advance to the second round when they play Manistique, scheduled to air on March 1. Running from November through the championship game in April, the High School Bowl series airs on WNMU-TV Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Mondays at 3 p.m. It is also available statewide on the Michigan Learning Channel.
