Local quilt shop Time Flies Quilt and Sew, hosted a virtual quilt retreat earlier in 2023 and gave the participants a quilt block challenge. The challenge winner wanted Time Flies Quilt and Sew to donate the finished quilt to UPAWS. A longtime UPAWS volunteer, Patty Beyer, right, accepted the quilt donation from Pam Kauppila, Time Flies Quilt and Sew’s owner. TFQS is proud to donate the quilt to UPAWS and is excited that it can use it as a fundraiser to raise funds for its organization.
