Marquette Local Toys for Tots delivered a trailer load of toys to the Gwinn St. Vincent de Paul recently. The toys will be used for St. Vincent’s Christmas toy distribution later this month. These toys are just a start to making sure the local children have a Merry Christmas.

Over 90 businesses accept Toys for Tots in Marquette County. All participating locations are listed at www.toysfortots.org. Monetary donations can also be accepted at the website. To get to the Marquette County chapter of Toys for Tots, click “Find a Local Chapter,” where you can use a search tool to navigate to Marquette County.

According to the site, the chapter has distributed nearly 8,000 toys, supporting more than 1,300 children.
