On Aug. 30, Alger Delta’s operation manager, Troy Tiernan, presented instructors Lee Rooda and Dennis Lavalley with Midwest Skills Development Center & Electrical Line Technician Program located in Gwinn, with a digger truck donated by Alger Delta Cooperative Electric Association to assist in their certification program.
