Exchange Club makes donations

The Exchange Club of Marquette County recently presented donations to local organizations that assisted the club during the International Food Fest over the Fourth of July holiday. Included were:

Ishpeming High School football team – shown are, from left, team representatives Kyle Rundman, Mike Lyman and head coach R.J. Poirier; Exchange Club member Debbie Wilkie; and team representatives Jake Lehman and Gavin Sundberg. Team members assisted the Exchange Club with set-up and takedown of the food fest.

Marquette County Search and Rescue – from left, Search and Rescue personnel Todd Theoret, Nicole Dahl, and Steven Sharrett; Exchange Club member Debbie Wilkie; Marquette County Sheriff Greg Zyburt; and Search and Rescue member Scott Randall. Search and Rescue personnel provided overnight security at the food fest.

Wildcat Aquatics Club – From Left, Exchange Club member Debbie Wilkie presents a ceremonial check to Wildcat Aquatics Club representatives Joe Roell, Hank Huhta, Harrison Huhta and Rudy Huhta. The club earned $3,900 by selling the adult beverage wrist bands during the food fest.
