The St. Michael Cathoic Church in Marquette recently hosted a Blessing of the Pets. At this event, the parish's Teen Group collected monetary donations for "pup cakes" they made as well as collected items from the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter's Wish List. The group raised $150 for an Amazon Card for the shelter. Pictured are members of the Teen Group as well as other church members with the donated items and Ann Briownell, UPAWS Volunteer and Community Outreach Coordinator.
