Caden LaFayette of Boy Scout Troop 360 recently received the Eagle Scout Award. This accomplishment is achieved by only 3% of Boy Scouts. He is beginning his senior year at Marquette Senior High School and also enrolled in the Middle College program with NMU. He is on the swim team and an honor roll student. His Eagle Scout project was constructing benches and tables for St. Louis the King Church in Harvey. He is shown with his family and his Scout leaders from his Scouting journey: Dad Nick LaFayette, Mom and Cub Scout Ass’t Den Leader Jennifer LaFayette, Den Leader Janelle Doan, Caden, his Grandfather and Cubmaster Art Pickering, Scoutmaster Paul Salfai, Cub leader Jim Edwards, and Scout leader Dan Hakala.
