Cyber scholarship finalists
These Westwood High School students are National Cyber Scholarship finalists who represented the school by being in the top 5% in the nation and four of only 43 students in Michigan who made it this far in the CyberStart America competition. Although only seniors are eligible for final round scholarship consideration, these freshmen and sophomores are laying the groundwork for future success, the NICE Community School District said. CyberStart America is a national program for high school students to master cybersecurity as a gateway to the industry, to improve their digital skills and compete for college scholarships through the National Cyber Scholarship Foundation.
