Sarah Smart, Good Citizen Chair of Marquette’s Onagomingkway Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, presents Averie Popp, a senior at Norway High School, with the chapter’s Good Citizen Award. Popp was selected by the administration of her school to be their Good Citizen candidate due to her academic achievement and extracurricular activities both in and outside of school. Popp, daughter of Scott and Tanya Popp, plans to attend Michigan State University in the fall to study psychology.
