On behalf of V.F.W. Superior Memorial Post 6 in Marquette, Ron Oja, administrator of the D.J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans, presented Jackie Baumler with V.F.W. certificate of appreciation and a $100 gift. Jackie has been a LPN at the veterans home for over 17 years. Jackie takes excellent care of the veterans and treats them like family, according to a press release, which added: “She goes above and beyond and possesses positive personality that is contagious with both members and staff. She is a asset to the D.J. Jacobetti Home for Veterans.”
