Andrew Crunkleton (principal of Marquette Alternative High School) accepted a donation of $250 on March 22 from Frank Stabile (Marquette Township Business Association Chairman) to help with the cost of school supplies. Stabile wrote: “We had the opportunity to get a tour of the school and its unique aspects such as, the maple syrup that is being made behind Frank, Andrew, and some of Marquette Alternative School students! Not only did they tap their own trees to make maple syrup, they also created their own Pump Track, disc golf course, indoor garden, and more. We are happy to be able to give back to our Township community and we look forward to continuing to support our local Township, as this will be an annual donation. Thank you to Marquette Alternative High School for helping teach the children of our community and for the tour of your facility!”
